Pam Loch, Employment Consultant
Pam is qualified as an employment lawyer in two legal systems: Scotland and England & Wales.

She has wide experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Pam acts for employers and employees and provides advice on the following areas:

  • Drafting and advising on service agreements, contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures
  • The termination of senior executives and employees’ employment including advising on redundancy
  • The enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations
  • Discrimination in the workplace
  • Grievances and disputes including industrial disputes involving trade unions
  • Information and consultation in the workplace
  • The employment implications of selling or restructuring businesses

Pam is an accredited mediator and provides in-house training on all aspects of employment law. She also regularly contributes articles and lectures on employment issues.
