After successfully collaborating with Smart Works, we are delighted to announce that we are expanding our community collaboration to include Suitability. This new collaboration marks an exciting step forward in our ongoing commitment to supporting local people into employment.
Suitability focuses on helping men in the Northeast access high-quality formal wear and the confidence that comes with it as they prepare for interviews and enter the workplace. Alongside our continued work with Smart Works, this partnership allows us to broaden our support and reach even more individuals in our region.
We are also pleased to confirm that both our Hexham and Newcastle offices will now act as donation stations for Smart Works and Suitability. This means colleagues, clients, and members of the local community can easily donate suitable formal wear to help support both women and men on their journey into employment.
We look forward to the positive impact these collaborations will have and to sharing further updates as our work with Suitability develops.
