We can advise you about the procedure you’ll need to go through if you want to change your name legally should your personal circumstances change.
This includes preparation of the Deed required to change your name and/or any Statutory Declaration, which may be required by different institutions such as the Passport Office, the DVLA and your bank. There’s usually a flat fee of £100.00 plus VAT for a straightforward change of name deed (it costs more for a child under 16 and we will provide you with an estimate on a case by case basis).
