Gibson & Co. Solicitors now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to strengthen our property team.
The role will involve handling the full range commercial property matters, including commercial sales, purchases, site acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, development work and corporate support. The role will also involve acting in residential sales and purchases with particular emphasis on high value rural properties, residential landlord and tenant, remortgages and first registrations.
It is envisaged in order to complement our team, you will be 3-5 years’ PQE in property and be able to handle the full range of property matters. Experience of dealing with agricultural property would be an advantage, but not essential.
You should possess a strong technical ability and work ethic and excellent communication skills.
