 Jane graduated with a first-class degree in History from Cambridge University in 1989. In 1992, she obtained a first in her Law Society Finals. She trained with Allen & Overy, qualifying in London in 1994, and stayed with them until 2003. She spent 1997-2000 in their Hong Kong office and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1998. Jane joined Gibson & Co as a partner in November 2003. Her areas of expertise include advising on a wide range of problems in connection with financial transactions. These include fund management disputes, derivatives litigation and related issues such as margin calls and other collateral requirements. Jane’s expert knowledge also takes in the following legal areas:

Her out of work interests include running (Great North Run in 2008) and her three children.
