Melanie graduated from the Northumbria University in 1999 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Melanie joined Gibson & Co. in 2011 as the dedicated HR Manager. She deals with recruitment and any HR matters for the office. She also has responsibility for the firm’s ongoing Lexcel and CQS accreditations.
Prior to this she worked for a number of years as a HR Business Partner in an employee-owned company that managed a varied range of public and private-funded energy efficiency schemes. Away from work Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and often spends her weekends at the Northumberland coast.
