Adam graduated from Northumbria with a First Class master’s degree in law before training at a local firm in Gosforth and subsequently spending five years at a firm in Chester le Street where he went on to lead the property department.

Adam acts in many forms of commercial and residential property transactions including leases, sales, purchase, refinances, bridging loans, auctions, adverse possessions, asset sales, licences and options. Secured lending and bridging loans are his particular specialism.

Hailing from East Yorkshire, Adam is the son of a corporate recovery and property litigation solicitor. As a property investor himself, he is familiar with both the local market and what makes (or might not make!) a suitable investment property. He offers a pragmatic approach to his clients and will look for alternative solutions when obstacles are encountered.

He prides himself on his honesty, innovative approach and thoroughness.

Adam leads the property department in our Newcastle office. He is eager to deepen his knowledge of all things property and to continue to improve the quality of service he and the department offer clients. He is meticulous by nature and will not leave an issue unattended to in a transaction.

When not working, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. He lives in the North Tyneside area and is the trustee of a local Church, where he drums and leads a weekly small group. He is yet to decide whether his mastermind topic would be Stamp Duty, the 03/04 Arsenal Invincibles or biblical theology.
