Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2026 having spent 5 years working in contested litigation at a national law firm dealing with contractual disputes, debt recovery matters, and enforcement action.
After studying his law degree at The Open University, he went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Legal Technology at The University of Law, specialising in artificial intelligence and blockchain solutions, where he achieved a distinction.
Richard acts in all areas of dispute resolution, taking a pragmatic, client-focused approach. He prides himself on recognising the wider commercial considerations facing clients.
Outside of work Richard is a cellist, keen gamer, and an aspiring novelist, currently working on several books that he insists he will finish one day.
